In the photos of He Fan and Vivian Maier, I felt a strong contrast between big and small, static and dynamic, rich and poor. In the design principle of contrast, we can use color, volume, distance, etc. to highlight

I looked at these four pictures representing the four seasons, so I thought if I could piece these four seasons together and show them in four parts, whether it is color or size, I hope to be relatively even, so that it can also correspond to the balance of the four seasons, relatively.

Regarding balance, I think spring, summer, autumn and winter are a balance. Each season has its own characteristics but restricts each other. Based on this, my design is to reflect the changes of the four seasons on a tree.

3.Movement

Referring to this landscape, I thought that if I wanted to apply it to movement, I could draw some scenes of trees being blown by the wind to reflect the trajectory of movement.

Fashion project 2

For Fashion Project 2 this semester, our theme was to design garments for Converse. I developed my concept by merging the streetwear spirit of Converse with parachute-inspired elements, aiming to create a unique blend of utility and urban attitude. At the beginning of the project, I started by researching the brand identity, history, and visual language of Converse to better understand its core values and audience. Once I finalized the direction of using parachute aesthetics—such as straps, volume, folds, and technical materials—I began sketching my design ideas. I created a total of 20 design sketches, and from those, I selected two designs to further develop and bring to life.
